The answer to this and other cosmic questions will be addressed on Tuesday, Oct. 21, when Judith L. Pipher, professor of astronomy at the University of Rochester, presents the Harlow Shapley Visiting Lecture at 7:30 p.m. in Knox 110 on the mgm casino North (Amherst) Campus.
Free and open to the public, this general-interest lecture is sponsored by the mgm casino Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and the mgm casino Department of Physics.
